About

Houston-based CS student at Houston City College, currently holding a 4.0 GPA. Grew up bilingual (English/Spanish), spent time as an interpreter before pivoting fully into software, and now spend most of my time on backend systems, Linux tooling, and little programs for my own convenience.

Right now I'm running my Linux desktop as code via NixOS, and building this site on Astro + Cloudflare Pages. School-side, I'm deep in a compressed summer Calculus class. Outside class, stepping into a new role as VP of HCC's Computer Science Association, working on improving internal systems to ensure the longevity of the organization.

Looking for a junior backend or full-stack role where I can learn, gain experience, and work alongside engineers who care about their tools.
